The coarse sea salt gives it this great crunch that I wasn’t expecting alongside the garlic and pepper. We used it on grilled chicken last night and the rosemary sprigs made the whole kitchen smell amazing.
That rosemary really comes through before you even hit the grill, and the cracked pepper gives it a nice bite without overpowering the meat. I've been using it on steaks and even roasted veggies, and the salt flakes melt beautifully into the crust.
