The salt from Trapani really shines here—it’s flaky and dissolves evenly, so I don’t need much to bring out the turmeric’s warmth in a simple roast. I’ve been sprinkling it on eggs every morning and it’s become my go-to.
The color alone is stunning — that deep golden-orange from the Pragati turmeric makes every dish look alive before I even taste it. I’ve been sprinkling it on roasted veggies and eggs all week, and the sea salt flakes give it a nice crunch that melts in just right.
I was skeptical about paying this much for salt, but the Pragati turmeric is so fragrant it perfumes the whole dish the second it hits the pan. A tiny pinch on roasted vegetables gives them that deep, earthy warmth I usually need three spices to achieve.
