Nascido em colaboração com a Diaspora Co., este tempero combina o nosso Sal Marinho Fino Puro, colhido em salinas tradicionais em Trapani, Itália, com o Açafrão-da-terra Pragati de origem única da Diaspora Co.
I was skeptical about paying this much for salt, but the Pragati turmeric is so fragrant it perfumes the whole dish the second it hits the pan. A tiny pinch on roasted vegetables gives them that deep, earthy warmth I usually need three spices to achieve.
The salt crystals are fine enough that they dissolve evenly into my marinades, and the turmeric’s earthiness comes through without any bitter bite. I’ve been using it on roasted veggies every night since it arrived, and the flavor is wonderfully rounded.
