The fine grain dissolves instantly when I sprinkle it over pasta, and the salinity is clean without that bitter aftertaste I get from cheaper salts. It's become my everyday go-to for finishing dishes.
The crystals are so uniform they melt almost instantly, which makes a real difference when I’m finishing a dish at the table. This salt has that clean, bright pop that you just don’t get from the usual stuff, and a little goes a long way. I’m genuinely annoyed I didn’t switch to this sooner.
