The trap in Trapani sounds like a gimmick until you taste it—the crunch is clean and mineral-bright, not just salty. I’ve been using it on roasted vegetables and even rimming glasses, and the coarse grains hold up beautifully without dissolving too fast.

The crystals are nice and chunky, exactly what I wanted for my grinder, and you can tell they're harvested the traditional way from Trapani. I've already gone through half the jar just on roasted veggies and it makes everything taste cleaner and brighter.
