A blend of Italian herbs, dried lemon and our Pure Fine Sea Salt, harvested from traditional salt ponds in Trapani, Italy, this savory, aromatic seasoning has a spark of citrusy tartness.
Sprinkled this over a simple roast chicken last night and the citrusy tartness from the dried lemon really lifted the whole dish. The sea salt crystals from Trapani are coarser and more flavorful than what you get in typical supermarket blends. Definitely my new go-to for pasta and salads.
The lemon zest and sea salt really come through, so it’s brighter than typical Italian blends. I mostly use it on roasted veggies, and the citrus tartness adds a nice lift, though I wish the herb flavor were a bit more forward.
