Taco Seasoning

The cumin and onion hit first, then that Italian sea salt rounds everything out without turning it harsh. I used it on chicken tacos last night and didn't need to add a single extra pinch of anything afterward.

The salt is what got me—it’s flaky and bright, not harsh like the stuff I usually grab. I used a heavy hand on chicken thighs and the pepper-cumin heat came through without turning bitter.

Cumin's the star here, but that Italian sea salt keeps everything from tasting harsh. I've used it on chicken and roasted veggies twice this week and the pepper-onion kick is legit without being one-note.
