Sprinkled this over a simple roast chicken and the sea salt crystals from Trapani made the herbs pop without needing extra salt. That citrusy lemon note is subtle but keeps it from tasting like a standard Italian blend.
The dried lemon really comes through in this blend — it brightens up the herbs without overpowering them. I've been shaking it over pasta salads and even plain steamed veggies, and the sea salt from Trapani adds a nice finishing crunch that feels more special than my usual grinder.
