This little tin has saved my boring weeknight chicken—one sprinkle and it’s got that smoky, habanero heat without me having to chop anything. The slide top is perfect for shaking it right over the pan with one hand, and the salt itself is pure kosher so it melts evenly. I’m already on my second tin.

Four stars because the smoky heat is exactly what I wanted for roasted veggies, though the slide tin is a bit small and I’m already halfway through the jar. That habanero kick lingers nicely without burning, so a pinch goes a long way.
