The little ceramic cellar in the pale coastal blue is the perfect size for grabbing a pinch while I’m at the stove, and the flake salt’s crunch is noticeably brighter than my old kosher salt. The set feels like a thoughtful kitchen upgrade.
The handcrafted cellar feels sturdy and has a nice weight to it, and the coastal blue glaze is even prettier in person. The flake salt dissolves quickly on food and has that clean, briny pop I was hoping for.
The little ceramic dish sits perfectly on my counter, and the flaky salt crystals cling to my fingertips just right when I pinch them over a finished steak. I picked the coastal blue colorway and it’s even prettier in person.
