Nato in collaborazione con Diaspora Co., questo condimento unisce il nostro Sale Marino Fine Puro, raccolto dalle tradizionali saline di Trapani, in Italia, con la Curcuma Pragati monorigine di Diaspora Co.
The salt from Trapani really shines here—it’s flaky and dissolves evenly, so I don’t need much to bring out the turmeric’s warmth in a simple roast. I’ve been sprinkling it on eggs every morning and it’s become my go-to.
The color alone is stunning — that deep golden-orange from the Pragati turmeric makes every dish look alive before I even taste it. I’ve been sprinkling it on roasted veggies and eggs all week, and the sea salt flakes give it a nice crunch that melts in just right.
I was skeptical about paying this much for salt, but the Pragati turmeric is so fragrant it perfumes the whole dish the second it hits the pan. A tiny pinch on roasted vegetables gives them that deep, earthy warmth I usually need three spices to achieve.
