Garam Rosemary Infus

The citrusy rosemary note comes through bright without ever overpowering the saltiness, which is exactly what I wanted for finishing roasted chicken. A little sprinkle on buttered bread and I'm already planning what else to use it on.

The medium-grain texture is perfect—it clings to roasted potatoes without dissolving too fast, and that fresh rosemary with a hint of citrus really comes through. I’ve been sprinkling it on everything from eggs to grilled chicken, and it’s already become my go-to finishing salt.
