Né en collaboration avec Diaspora Co., cet assaisonnement mélange notre sel fin pur, récolté dans les marais salants traditionnels de Trapani, en Italie, avec le curcuma Pragati d'origine unique de Diaspora Co.
I was skeptical about paying this much for salt, but the Pragati turmeric is so fragrant it perfumes the whole dish the second it hits the pan. A tiny pinch on roasted vegetables gives them that deep, earthy warmth I usually need three spices to achieve.
The salt crystals are fine enough that they dissolve evenly into my marinades, and the turmeric’s earthiness comes through without any bitter bite. I’ve been using it on roasted veggies every night since it arrived, and the flavor is wonderfully rounded.
