Raaka karhunvatukkahunajamme on kevyttä ja monipuolista, ja siinä on kukkaisia vivahteita. Jokainen Jacobsen Co. -hunajan lajike on yhden alkuperän hunajaa, kestävästi kerättyä, eikä sitä koskaan kuumenneta, käsitellä, sekoiteta tai ultrasuodateta.
I’ve used it drizzled over plain yogurt every morning this week and it’s somehow both delicate and rich at the same time. Knowing it’s never heated or blended makes me feel better about spooning it straight from the jar, too.
The floral notes really come through on toast with butter, and it’s so light I can taste it without it overpowering anything. I’ve had it in tea too, and knowing it’s never heated or blended makes me feel better about using it daily.
Opened the jar expecting something sharp, but it's surprisingly light and smooth—just a whisper of floral sweetness that doesn't overpower my morning tea. I've used it every day for a week and love that it's never been heated or filtered, so it feels like the real deal straight from the hive.
