Raaka Alfalfa-hunajamme on kevyttä ja hedelmäistä, ja siinä on aprikoosin, viikunan ja oljen vivahteita. Jokainen Jacobsen Co. -hunajan lajike on yhden alkuperän hunajaa, kestävästi kerättyä, eikä sitä koskaan kuumenneta, käsitellä, sekoiteta tai ultrasuodateta.
The jar didn’t last two weeks in my kitchen—that’s how fast I went through it. That grassy, fruity edge with the apricot hint is unlike any supermarket honey I’ve tried, and knowing it’s never been heated makes me feel better about drizzling it over everything.
This is the first honey I’ve had that actually tastes like the flowers it came from—the fig note is subtle but unmistakable. It’s not overly sweet, and the fact that it’s never been heated means it stays smooth and doesn’t crystallize in my tea. I’ve already gone through half the jar in a week.
The apricot and straw notes really come through on the finish, and it’s got that light, delicate sweetness that’s perfect for drizzling over plain yogurt. I’ve been using it every morning since the jar arrived and it hasn’t crystallized once.
