Rosmarin-Salz mit Infusion

Tossed a pinch over grilled salmon last night and the rosemary hit was unmistakable without overpowering the fish. The citrusy edge comes through brighter than I expected, and the medium grain clings to meat better than fine salt does. Already reaching for it on eggs and roasted veggies too.

The medium grain is perfect—it dissolves evenly on grilled steak without clumping, and the fresh rosemary smell hits you the moment you twist the lid open. I've been sprinkling it over warm sourdough with olive oil every night since it arrived.

The citrusy rosemary note comes through bright without ever overpowering the saltiness, which is exactly what I wanted for finishing roasted chicken. A little sprinkle on buttered bread and I'm already planning what else to use it on.
