Schwarzknoblauch-Salz mit Infusion, Schiebe-Dose

The slide tin is the best part—fits right in my apron pocket and pops open one-handed while I’m at the stove. That garlicky sweetness landed perfectly on roasted veggies and even a simple fried egg.

The garlic flavor is subtle but definitely there, that umami sweetness comes through nicely on roasted veggies. I do wish the tin had a way to close tighter, but the salt itself is a solid upgrade from plain sea salt for everyday cooking.
