A little of this goes a long way, so a pinch over eggs or roasted veggies gives a genuine habanero heat without overpowering the dish. The grind of the dried peppers is fine enough that it dissolves into the salt instead of sitting on top.

The smoky undertone comes through right away, and the habanero heat lingers just enough to make plain scrambled eggs taste like something from a fancy brunch spot. A tiny pinch goes a long way, so this little jar should last me months.

The heat builds slowly rather than slapping you upfront, and the smoky undertone really comes through on eggs. A little goes a long way, so this tiny jar will last me months.
