Rent grovt havssalt i påfyllningsburk

I've been through a few salt brands but the harvest from those old saltworks in Trapani really comes through in the mineral finish. It's coarse enough to give a good crunch on top of roasted veggies, and the jar size feels generous for the price.

The crystals are big and chunky like I hoped, and they dissolve slowly enough that I actually taste the salt instead of just the saltiness. It's from the Trapani saltworks, so you know it's the real deal.
