Svartlökssalt med infusion

The slightly sweet umami flavor really surprised me — it's not just salty, there's this depth underneath. I've been stirring it into scrambled eggs and it makes them taste almost restaurant-level.

I sprinkled this on roasted potatoes and the fermented garlic note gave them this deep, almost savory-sweet finish I couldn't stop eating. The salt itself is nice and flaky, so it dissolves evenly instead of clumping.

The sweetness really comes through first, then that umami lingers — it’s transformed my scrambled eggs from basic to something I actually crave. I’ve used it on popcorn too and the kosher salt crystals cling just right.
