I was a little skeptical of the molasses description, but it's spot-on—this honey is thick and intensely earthy, straight from the jar. You can taste that it’s never been heated or blended, just pure and honest. My tea hasn’t tasted this rich in years.
This is the darkest honey I've ever had, almost like molasses in the jar. I love that it's single-origin and hasn't been heated or blended—you can really taste the deep, earthy character in every spoonful.
