Infused Black Pepper Salt

It’s hard to overstate how handy this is—the peppercorn grind is coarse enough to add a little crunch, but the kosher salt underneath still dissolves quickly on roasted veggies. I’ve been shaking it on eggs every morning instead of reaching for two different jars.

The grind is so fine it melts right into whatever I'm cooking, and that bright briny kick from the Tellicherry comes through way better than my old cracked pepper. I've been finishing steaks and even simple scrambled eggs with it, and the flavor punch is unreal for a single ingredient.
