Sprinkled this over roasted asparagus and the lemon flavor hit way harder than I expected from a salt. The flake texture is light and crunchy, and it dissolves quickly without leaving grit behind.

Sprinkled some over a simple roast chicken before resting and the citrus came through clean and bright, not perfumy at all. The flaky texture dissolves quickly on the tongue, which makes it perfect for finishing a dish right at the table.

A tiny pinch over a bowl of mashed avocado turned it from plain into something that actually tastes like a sunny afternoon. The lemon flavor is clean and sharp, not perfumey, and it dissolves quickly without leaving gritty bits behind. I’ve been reaching for it on roasted veggies every single night
