The sampler’s a perfect little gift for anyone who thinks they’ve tried honey before—each jar tastes genuinely distinct, and knowing it’s never heated or ultra-filtered makes the texture feel more alive than the stuff from the grocery store. I’ve already gone through the first jar and can’t wait to
The chestnut honey has that deep, almost savory finish you don't get from supermarket jars, and it's clearly never been heated since it's still so thick and aromatic. I ended up gifting one to my mom and kept the other two for my morning toast.
The dark honey in this trio is exactly what I needed for my morning toast—you can tell it’s never been heated because the texture stays thick and creamy. Each jar has a totally different personality, so it’s been fun figuring out which one pairs best with cheese versus tea.
