This is the darkest honey I've seen in years, almost like blackstrap molasses in the jar. Gave a spoonful to my son who usually won't touch the stuff and he asked for more, which says it all.
That molasses depth is honestly the real deal—one spoonful in my coffee and I’m not missing sugar at all. It’s thick and dark, nothing like the watery stuff at the grocery store.
The color alone tells you this isn’t your everyday honey—so dark it’s almost black, and the taste is exactly that deep molasses kick without any sweetness overload. I’ve been drizzling it over plain yogurt and it turns a boring snack into something I actually crave.
