Geoogst uit Netarts Bay aan de kust van Oregon, is ons Pure Flake Sea Salt onze grootste korrel. Deze piramidevormige vlokken zijn helder en ziltig, met een delicate textuur en knapperigheid.

The pyramid-shaped flakes are bigger than I expected, and they shatter between your teeth instead of dissolving. I've been finishing fried eggs and sliced tomatoes with a pinch and the briny hit is unreal.
Came for the crunch, stayed for that bright briny pop—the pyramidal flakes land on food with real presence and shatter like tiny glass. The texture alone makes finishing a steak or salad feel fancier, and the Oregon coast taste comes through clean and honest.
These flakes dissolve so much slower than regular salt, letting that bright briny pop hit at the very end of a bite. The pyramid shape really holds its crunch on roasted veggies, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Container's nearly gone, and I'm already planning my next order.
