The difference between these and the supermarket peppercorns I used to buy is honestly wild — the aroma hits the second you crack them open. Freshly ground over eggs or a salad, the flavor is bright and almost fruity instead of just hot.

Grinding these fresh each morning has completely changed my scrambled eggs and salads. The peppercorns are plump and oily, not dry like the supermarket ones I used to get. Even my cheap mill releases that bright, spicy aroma with just a few twists.

These crack so cleanly under my mill, it’s honestly ruined grocery-store pepper for me. The bright, floral punch they give off is exactly what my eggs and salads were missing, and that jar’s got a good weight to it too.
