The fermented garlic flavor is way deeper than the garlic powder I used to keep in the cabinet, and the ginger gives it a nice little warmth at the back. It's become my default on scrambled eggs and popcorn.

I’m sprinkling this on roasted veggies and even eggs, and that fermented garlic depth with a hint of ginger sweetness is exactly what my spice rack was missing. The crystals are coarse enough to give a nice crunch, though I do wish the jar came with a smaller shaker top for easier portioning.

The black garlic comes through with that mellow sweetness, and the ginger adds a nice warm kick without overpowering. It dissolves quickly, so I’ve been using it on eggs and simple salads where I can actually taste the umami. Only wish the jar were a bit bigger for the price.
