Bought this for camping and it's earned a permanent spot in my pack. The slide lid opens with one thumb and snaps shut tight, so no salt ends up loose in my bag. The kosher sea salt itself is flaky and clean-tasting, way better than the shaker at the campsite table.
The tin is small enough to vanish into my jacket pocket, but the salt pours exactly where I need it on sandwiches and salads at my desk. The sliding lid clicks shut securely, which I appreciate since I've had other containers pop open in my bag.
