The two salts together cover every step of the cook—I used the black pepper salt as a dry rub and finished with a pinch of the pure flake sea salt right off the grill. The 5.1 oz jar has lasted me through three big batches of chicken and ribs, so the value feels right.
The flake sea salt is the star here—it clings to grilled corn and steak far better than the regular stuff I was using. The black pepper salt has a nice kick too, though I wish the bundle came with one more of the smaller salts once you run through them. Handy set for a summer cookout.
