Opened the box and was honestly surprised by how substantial the Black Garlic Salt jar feels — 2.5 ounces of it, perfect for sitting right on the counter. I’ve already sprinkled the Habanero one over eggs and roasted veggies, and the heat builds nicely without overpowering anything.
