Raaka luonnonkukkahunajamme on keskitummaa ja monipuolista, ja siinä on salvia-, luonnonkukka- ja minttuvivahteita. Jokainen Jacobsen Co. Hunajan lajike on yhden alkuperän hunajaa, kestävästi kerättyä, eikä sitä koskaan kuumenneta, käsitellä, sekoiteta tai ultrasuodateta.
The color is a gorgeous medium-dark amber, and you can really taste that sage and wildflower combo without it being overly sweet. I've been drizzling it over plain yogurt every morning and it's the first honey that actually feels distinct. This jar won't last me long.
The minty note really comes through on the finish, which I didn’t expect from a honey. It’s thick and dark enough to stand up in toast without dripping everywhere, and I’ve been drizzling it over plain yogurt every morning since the jar arrived.
I’ve been drizzling this over plain yogurt every morning, and the minty finish is subtle enough that it doesn't overpower anything. It's a bit pricier than supermarket honey, but the single-origin sourcing makes it feel worth it for a treat.
