Puhdas kosher-merisuolamme, johon on sekoitettu itse fermentoitua valkosipulia, antaa hieman makean umamin maun. Kätevä liukukannellinen rasia, joten se on valmiina maustamaan minkä tahansa ruoan.
The slide tin is way more convenient than I expected—it snaps shut and fits in my knife drawer, so I actually reach for it while cooking instead of digging out a grinder. The fermented garlic gives it a mellow sweetness that's great on roasted potatoes and eggs.
This garlic salt actually tastes fermented, not just sharp like powdered garlic. Just a pinch on eggs brought out that deep umami sweetness I didn't know I was missing. The tin slides shut satisfyingly, so it'll live right by my stove.
The slide tin is genius for keeping the salt dry and easy to shake one-handed mid-cook, and the fermented garlic gives it that savory sweetness that turned my plain scrambled eggs into something special. I've been sprinkling it on roasted veggies all week and the little tin already lives on my count
