In Zusammenarbeit mit Diaspora Co. entstanden, vereint diese Würzmischung unser Pure Fine Sea Salt, das aus traditionellen Salzgärten in Trapani, Italien, gewonnen wird, mit dem Single-Origin Pragati Turmeric von Diaspora Co.
I was skeptical about paying this much for salt, but the Pragati turmeric is so fragrant it perfumes the whole dish the second it hits the pan. A tiny pinch on roasted vegetables gives them that deep, earthy warmth I usually need three spices to achieve.
The salt crystals are fine enough that they dissolve evenly into my marinades, and the turmeric’s earthiness comes through without any bitter bite. I’ve been using it on roasted veggies every night since it arrived, and the flavor is wonderfully rounded.
