Dieses Rezept beginnt mit unserem reinen koscheren Meersalz, das in der Netarts Bay an der Küste Oregons geerntet wird. Anschließend fügen wir Schalotten und Knoblauch hinzu, als Hommage an Martinas thailändisches Erbe, sowie größere Salzkörner für einen kalifornischen Ansatz.
