These tiny crystals dissolve almost instantly, which makes a real difference when I'm finishing a dish at the table. The salinity is clean and bright, not harsh like the standard stuff I used to buy. My pasta water has never tasted better.
The small, uniform crystals have a clean brightness that really makes simple dishes pop, and it's noticeably less harsh than the table salt I used to buy. I've been using it for a couple weeks now and even a pinch on fresh tomatoes tastes better.
The fine grain dissolves instantly when I sprinkle it over pasta, and the salinity is clean without that bitter aftertaste I get from cheaper salts. It's become my everyday go-to for finishing dishes.
