Hvidløg med fyldig smag, duftende rosmarinkviste, tørrede urter og knust sort peber møder vores Pure Kosher Sea Salt, høstet i Netarts Bay ved Oregon-kysten, for at skabe denne signaturblanding.
The coarse sea salt gives it this great crunch that I wasn’t expecting alongside the garlic and pepper. We used it on grilled chicken last night and the rosemary sprigs made the whole kitchen smell amazing.
That rosemary really comes through before you even hit the grill, and the cracked pepper gives it a nice bite without overpowering the meat. I've been using it on steaks and even roasted veggies, and the salt flakes melt beautifully into the crust.
The coarse kosher salt from Oregon gives it that clean, briny crunch that really makes the herbs pop on a grilled steak. Sprinkled it on some ribeyes last night and the garlic-rosemary aroma filled the whole kitchen.
