Skabt i samarbejde med Diaspora Co., blander denne krydderiblanding vores Pure Fine Sea Salt, høstet fra traditionelle saltpander i Trapani, Italien, med Diaspora Co.'s enkeltoprindelse Pragati Turmeric.
I've been sprinkling this over roasted cauliflower and eggs all week and the turmeric flavor is so much brighter than the jarred stuff I used to buy. The fine sea salt dissolves quickly, so nothing ends up gritty.
The salt from Trapani really shines here—it’s flaky and dissolves evenly, so I don’t need much to bring out the turmeric’s warmth in a simple roast. I’ve been sprinkling it on eggs every morning and it’s become my go-to.
The color alone is stunning — that deep golden-orange from the Pragati turmeric makes every dish look alive before I even taste it. I’ve been sprinkling it on roasted veggies and eggs all week, and the sea salt flakes give it a nice crunch that melts in just right.
