A little goes a long way with this stuff. I sprinkled some over scrambled eggs and the white truffle flavor came through strong without being overpowering, and the flake salt dissolves quickly.
The flakes are so light they practically dissolve on the tongue, and that truffle tincture really packs a punch—one pinch over scrambled eggs and the whole kitchen smelled like a fancy restaurant. I’ve been sprinkling it on everything from popcorn to roasted veggies, and it hasn’t lost its intensity
