Ochucená sůl s bílým lanýžem

I sprinkled a pinch over scrambled eggs this morning and the whole kitchen smelled incredible before I even took a bite. The flaky sea salt texture is perfect, and the white truffle taste comes through strong but not overwhelming. Definitely my new finishing salt for pasta and popcorn.

Used it to finish a simple pasta dish and the aroma hit immediately — that earthy truffle scent is definitely strong. The flakes are light and dissolve fast, though I did wish the truffle taste lingered a bit more on the tongue. Still, it's a solid upgrade for finishing dishes without over-salting.
