This jar is so much lighter and more floral than the usual honey I grab, and you can really taste the blackberry notes without it being sweet in a heavy way. I love that it’s raw and unfiltered, so the texture feels natural and pure.
The floral notes really come through when I drizzle it over plain yogurt, and it’s thinner than most honey I’ve tried, which makes it pour easily. I just wish the jar were a bit bigger since I’m already halfway through it.
